OUR SERVICES

Samriddhi Programme

The families have constant challenge of caring and supporting the intellectually challenged throughout the life. Recognizing this need, the goal of Samruddhi Programme is to strengthen and enrich the families of the beneficiaries. The mission is to develop a model of life long support to these families.

Child Guidance Clinic

A team of Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Social workers visit monthly to provide comprehensive assessment and guidance to the staff and parents of our beneficiaries. The proximity to NIMHANS helps us in maintaining strong professional link and AMC is getting assistance and co-operation in all areas such as assessment, consultation and guidance from NIMHANS on regular basis.

Photocopy Shop

AMC’s Photocopy Centre has been successfully training adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) for over three decades. With 3–4 trainees at a time, the Centre provides skill-building, social engagement, and a modest stipend through income generated from photocopy services, especially from nearby government offices.

So far 5 candidates have been successful in completing the training and securing job outside. 2 candidates have setup the machines at their homes and are running the operations with the help of their family members.
